Brewing 101: Pour Overs

Are you a home brewer interested in stepping up your coffee game? Do you sip on your morning coffee and wonder what you could do to make your cup taste better? This is the class for you!

Learn from Specialty Coffee Association-certified coffee educator and Undercurrent’s own Director of Operations, Diana Sapp, in this hands-on, immersive training for coffee lovers of all experience levels. In this class we will cover:

– essential home brewing tools
– pour over techniques using Chemex, Kalita Wave and V60 pour overs
– the elements of brewing
– pour over recipes and experiments

About Your Instructor:
Diana Mnatsakanyan-Sapp is a Specialty Coffee Association certified coffee educator, the Director of Operations at Undercurrent Coffee, and co-founder of the POUR Coffee Festival. A coffee professional of seven years, she also serves on the Editorial Advisory board for Sprudge media, is a contributing writer for Barista Magazine, and has judged on the national stage for the United States Barista Championships.
