Public Cupping at the Lab: Onyx Coffee

We’re proud to introduce a new series of free, accessible coffee educational opportunities at the Lab at Undercurrent Coffee. Several times a month, we’ll be opening the doors of our Coffee Education Lab for our community to taste and learn about the coffees we’re brewing behind our bar.

Whenever possible, we’ll strive to invite the individuals who brought this coffee to us- whether as roasters or producers- to the cupping table to share their unique perspectives about what we’re tasting. This public cupping will be a very special one, as our friends and primary roasters, Onyx Coffee Lab, will be present to lead us through a tasting of their coffee offerings.
