Public Cupping at the Lab: Revelator Coffee

We’re proud to introduce a new series of free, accessible coffee educational opportunities at the Lab at Undercurrent Coffee. Several times a month, we’ll be opening the doors of our Coffee Education Lab for our community to taste and learn about the coffees we’re brewing behind our bar.

Whenever possible, we’ll strive to invite the individuals who brought this coffee to us- whether as roasters or producers- to the cupping table to share their unique perspectives about what we’re tasting. For this edition of our cupping series, we’re proud to host our friends from Revelator Coffee, a specialty roastery based in Alabama. We’ll have the benefit of spending time with Cameron Heath, the Director of Coffee at Revelator, and Alex Jeans, their Southeastern Sales Rep.
