We’re proud to introduce our series of free, accessible coffee educational opportunities at the Lab at Undercurrent Coffee. Several times a month, we’ll be opening the doors of our Coffee Education Lab for our community to taste and learn about the coffees we’re brewing behind our bar.
Whenever possible, we’ll strive to host the individuals who brought this coffee to us- whether as roasters or producers- to the cupping table to share their unique perspectives about what we’re tasting. For this edition of our cupping series, we’re proud to invite our friends from Villain Coffee Company, a specialty coffee roaster based out of the Villa Heights neighborhood of Charlotte, to the table. We’ll have the benefit of spending time with and learning from Christopher Schau and Katie Napolitano, the co-owners of Villain.
